Subject matter and purpose of processing

The contractor is responsible for providing a web application (app).

Creation of the client through remote maintenance access or by employees at the client's premises. The contractor also takes care of software maintenance and, if necessary, software training.

In connection with these activities, employees and subcontractors may receive access to and knowledge of personal data of the client and its end customers if required (e.g. support).

The personal data is processed for the following purposes:

- Pre-contractual services

- Contract fulfilment

- Legitimate interest of the company
